  2. 2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. 3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

Hot air balloon ride in Dubai is a fascinating experience where you fly like a bird over the over the red sand dunes of dubai's desert.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    • An E-Ticket will be provided to you on your Email ID after your Booking. You are required to carry a copy of the E-Ticket at the entrance to gain an entry.
    • Passport is mandatory to carry during this trip.
    • Comfortable casual clothing is recommended for this pursuit. Be sure to avoid high heels and instead wear comfy shoes or boots.
    • Reach at least 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, as any kind of delay may sometimes lead to the cancellation of the entire flight. 
    • You are not allowed to carry bags and large backpacks aboard the basket. Such stuffs should be left in the vehicle itself.
    • Either Passport copy / Emirates Id / UAE Driving License (without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly) are mandatory documents.
    • Passengers are not allowed to carry Gun, Lighter, Professional zoom camera, Luggage Bag, Alcohol and Knife.
    • The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
    • Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed upto Marina.
    • The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

    This tour is strictly not recommended for:

    • Pregnant ladies      
    • Kids below 6 years of age
    • Any person who has undergone a major surgery recently 
    • Any person who injured or fractured his / her arm or leg recently 
    • Any guest with severe backache or neck pain or injury

Cancellation Policy
  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Children between age 5 to 11 years of  will be considered as child and charged child rate.
    • Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
